Attempted Rape Caught on Video, but Nobody Helps Victim

In one of the more disturbing online posts I have ever seen, someone posted a video of an attempted sexual assault.

Late Saturday morning, a video was posted from the Upper East Side subway platform in New York of a man attempting to rape a woman.

Instead of helping the woman, everyone whipped out their phones and started to take video.

The NYPD Transit Police reported the video in the hopes of someone being able to identify the alleged assailant…

The victim, according to reports, only suffered minor injuries.

The lack of action was so despicable even actor Michael Rapaport spoke up about it…

Reports are now breaking the suspect in the case has been identified as Jose Reyes, 31, of the Bronx.

Police have reportedly arrested him and charged him with attempted rape, assault, and harassment.
