Joe Biden got to spend his holiday among the elite.
The Biden clan traveled to Nantucket to spend the holiday at the massive waterfront compound of billionaire David Rubinstein.
However, not everyone was happy to see Biden as one man reportedly gave the presidential motorcade “the bird” as Joe drove by.
The tone-deafness of Biden throughout this administration has never been more apparent than it was over this holiday.
With inflation beating Americans to death right now, Joe told them to put things into the proper perspective.
Joe says America is back, a narrative he repeated during a surprise drop-in to a morning show on Thanksgiving.
Most Americans would probably disagree, having spent more on this year’s dinner than at any other time.
Not only that but those extra car rides to visit family also put a big dent in their wallets, with gasoline prices going through the roof around the country.
If you are unlucky enough to live in California, a full tank could cost upwards of $300 for premium fuel.
Think about that… $300 a week in gasoline!
One man in Nantucket had no problem telling Joe Biden how he felt about it, with White House pool reporter Zolan Kanno-Youngs stating, “one gentleman standing on his porch giving the middle finger to the presidential motorcade as we neared the coast guard station.”
He was far from the only disgruntled American on the route, however.
From the videos I saw of the motorcade, there were just as many protesters against Biden as supporters.
And, unless my ears were deceiving me, I swore I heard a few “Let’s Go Brandon” chants as well.
Biden popped in on the local Coast Guard base while in Nantucket, giving out challenge coins to some personnel to thank them for their service.
Perhaps they would have been more appreciative of their brothers and sisters in arms not getting booted from the service for refusing to take a jab than a trinket from Joe Biden.
What would you do if Joe Biden was making an appearance in your area?
