Dr. Raul Pino, director of the Florida Department of Health in Orange County, has been very critical of his staff.
Pino recently lashed out regarding vaccination rates.
State officials did not appreciate the comments or tone, so Pino has been put on leave.
Dial It Down
Pino lost it on staff regarding vaccination rates among staff, stating, “I am sorry, but at this point in the absence of reasonable and real reasons, it is irresponsible [not] to be vaccinated.
“We have been at this for two years, we were the first to give vaccines to the masses, we have done more than 300,000 and we are not even at 50%, pathetic.”
He added, “I have a hard time understanding how we can be in public health and not practice it!
“The reasons can be many, but so many of us?”
Maybe they have had COVID and have active antibodies, or maybe they just don’t want to take until there is more data.
Regardless, it is their decision, and he picked the wrong state to work in to go off like that.
The Florida Department of Health, in response, stated, “As the decision to get vaccinated is a personal medical choice that should be made free from coercion and mandates from employers, the employee in question has been placed on administrative leave.”
The agency is also investigating if any laws were broken in the process, adding, “The department is committed to upholding all laws, including the ban on vaccine mandates for government employees and will take appropriate action once additional information is known.”

Hey, all you pandemic commies – look at Britain! They just made an intelligent, well-thought-out decision that Omicron is the signal that we were all waiting for that this pandemic is finally OVER! How long will it take for the damaged brains in this country to realize it? (dems can’t let it go because it’s all they’ve got left)
