Illinois Judge Reverses Rape Conviction

A 16-year-old girl woke up with a pillow over her face, being assaulted by an 18-year-old boy.

The boy that committed the alleged rape is Drew Clinton.

An Illinois judge decided that the 148 days he has served already are more than enough.

The judge stated, “For what happened in this case, that is plenty of punishment.

“That would be a just sentence.”

Enough?

In terms of just generally disgusting crimes, rape is about as bad as it gets, especially when you are talking about an underage girl.

The circumstances of this case make it even worse.

The victim recently spoke with a local outlet regarding the attack.

Cameron Vaughan stated, “I woke up at my friend’s place with a pillow over my face so I couldn’t be heard and Drew Clinton inside of me.

“I asked him to stop multiple times and he wouldn’t.

“I finally got off the couch and pushed him off of me and he jumped up and just started playing video games as if nothing had happened.”

The Quincy Area Network Against Domestic Abuse was furious after the verdict, as they should have been.

The organization stated, “The verdict and Adrian’s comments send a chilling message to other rape victims that their behavior, not the rapists’, will be judged.

“Shame the victims, free the rapists.

“This judgment reinforces the fact that standards for women have always been impossibly high while they are impossibly low for men.”

Her father added, “It’s worse now than it was [before], because not only does she not have her justice, but now she feels like she spoke up for nothing, and you know that hurts.

“Now she wishes she wouldn’t have even said anything.”

How horrible is that? This is infuriating yet more proof that we simply need to wake up liberals that their elected officials are the real enemy and contributing to these problems just as much, if not more, than the actual criminals.

What do you think of the judge letting this boy go free?

        1. I was trying to reply to Morehammad, not you Jerry. Sorry, my post was put in the wrong place and there is no Edit button.

      1. What are you saying? You can’t be serious. The girl was obviously raped. You must be a Liberal. A normal person would never think like this. You disgust me.

    1. Hopefully someone will turn this judge into the state judicial ethics committee, looking toward removal from the bench.

  1. Wonder if the Judge has any daughters and what he would have rendered in their case. Justice is truly blind in this judge’s eyes 148 days is like a vacation no lesson learned. What’s his name Clinton humm that may explain things.

  2. First this article is very incomplete, second since when is statutory rape only a 148-day sentence. Thirdly, if this would have been the judge’s daughter, you want bet what the sentence would be. I believe a “review board” is in this judge near future. Talk about “bad judgement”.

  3. Whatever happened to the “me too” claim? Guess the judge is a democrat and they don’t care about people, just about votes. Is he an elected judge? That would explain it. Or maybe someone paid him off.

  4. Probably it’s a judge that Soros put in place. He wants to destroy our country, and he is evil and wants evil to take over America. The judge is so wrong, and is encouraging crime.

  5. We have way too many judges like this one. They prefer to ignore the law and pamper the guilty while the victim is forgotten. Everyone of them should be disbarred.

  6. The boy should have been castrated and then set free; I think that that is the best punishment for rapists. The judge obviously is one of these blame-the-victim types and should be disbarred so that he could never practice law again.

  7. fire this judge this girl life was changed forever this young man should be castrated or give him life in prison without parole

  8. A Friend of mines best Childhood Freind was involved in a Rape In Viginia in the 1980’s , of a not underage girl, He was tried and convicted and is still in Prison there, where since he was guilty he belongs , this Judge thinking 148 days was a just sentence for a crime that has ruined this young woman’s life needs to be removed, then made to sit in Rape counseling Groups for 148 days then asked if the sentence he gave this Rapist was Just. ( again Let’s see if this disappears , if I don’t asks this, my post just disappears into the internet Black hole )

  9. I wonder if this would have this judges 16 year old daughter what would he have done. I think this STUPID judge was WRONG in everything. In my opinion he should loose his job.
