REPORT: Bank of America Turns Customer Information Over to Feds

How far is our government allowed to go in terms of violating one’s privacy?

Well, the Biden administration seems intent on pushing that limit as far as is humanely possible.

According to a recent Tucker Carlson report, the federal government has asked for and received personal banking records of the customers of Bank of America.

Why My Information?

The government is now trying to track down riot participants via their banking records.

As such, it has allegedly asked one of the country’s largest banks to turn over the personal banking records to track down possible participants.

Bank of America, according to the Carlson report, without the consent of its customers, has turned over banking records to the feds after tracking down spending activity that fits a profile for possible “extremists.”

In essence, Bank of America has now turned into an extended arm of our intelligence agencies.

Federal agencies were targeting customers who fit the following profile:

“1. Customers confirmed as transacting, either through bank account debit card or credit card purchases in Washington, D.C. between 1/5 and 1/6.

“2. Purchases made for Hotel/Airbnb RSVPs in DC, VA, and MD after 1/6.

“3. Any purchase of weapons or at a weapons-related merchant between 1/7 and their upcoming suspected stay in D.C. area around Inauguration Day.

“4. Airline related purchases since 1/6.”

As you can see, this is a rather broad profile, risking scrutiny of Americans that had nothing at all to do with the riot.

You could have had a planned family vacation to the area and been out sightseeing and still fit into that profile.

Carlson’s report found that 211 people allegedly met that profile from the B of A customer database.

When Bank of America was asked about this, the institution responded, “We don’t comment on our communications with law enforcement.

“All banks have responsibilities under federal law to cooperate with law enforcement inquiries in full compliance with the law.”

So, basically, by this new standard, you could have recently stocked up on hunting supplies before traveling to D.C. that weekend for any other reason, stayed at an AirBNB, and purchased a meal, and now you fit the profile of a possible “domestic violent extremist.”

Welcome to the new America, my friends.
