Over the last few weeks, we have seen numerous reports pop up of people that are getting duplicate ballots mailed to them.
We have also seen some investigative journalists, most notably James O’Keefe from Project Veritas, request absentee ballots for other people (O’Keefe applied for Eminem’s ballot).
There are very real concerns that some states are also very sloppy in maintaining their voter rolls, with far more people on the roll than can vote in the state.
All these problems and more have given the RNC no other choice but to appeal to the Supreme Court to step in and make a ruling regarding some recent rule changes to relax signature and witness requirements for mail-in ballots.
Based on the geography of the case, it will be heard by Supreme Court Stephen Breyer.
While it would be nice to think that the rule of law should prevail, Breyer is a Clinton appointee, so do not get your hopes up too high.
In virtually every case thus far, the entire liberal side of the bench has found against the Trump administration and/or conservatives.
If, however, Breyer goes by the rule of law, this decision would be a no-brainer, sending a shock wave through the entire Democrat party, the likes of which we have never seen before.
