Fox News just published Part 1 of a multi-part series on the fall of Kabul.
The report takes a look at how the last 96 hours of the evacuation played out.
While critical of the initial negotiations that took place during the Trump administration, they also point out that Biden’s hands were not tied, as he claimed.
Trump’s Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Mick Mulroy, stated that after Trump had left office, the Taliban had violated the terms of the Trump-era deal.
He stated, “The current administration had no obligation to carry through on that agreement.”
Mulroy added, “So, the idea that their hands were tied, I think is just not true.”
The report is an excellent breakdown from beginning to end of exactly how and why Kabul fell.
You can see the first part of the series on Fox News.
