The White House would love for everyone to turn the page on the fact we left Bagram air base for the Taliban.
The amount of equipment that was left behind amounted to be more than $80 billion.
Looking past the dollar amount, it is more about the type of equipment than the sheer volume of it, a point Rep. Jackson (R-TX) made on Hannity.
There is no need to paraphrase what Jackson said… you can hear every word of it in the video below…
When you think that two of the major advantages that we had against these terrorists were night vision and air support, this is devastating news.
As I have stated before, the collapse of Afghanistan, specifically Bagram, has leveled the playing field in favor of the Taliban if we are ever forced to go back in.
As horrible as the fighting was in the early stages of this war two decades ago, it will be far worse if we go back.
That is hardly the worst of the news, though.
It was also recently reported that the Taliban has now stated women can no longer play sports.
Why? Because they would not be properly covered according to Sharia.
Women’s rights were a major concern when Biden allowed the country to collapse, and the Taliban is already proving that it was talking out of both sides of its mouth.
Yet, Democrats are still slapping Joe Biden on the back for a job well done.
