Trump Campaign Pays $3 Million for Partial Wisconsin Recount

The Trump campaign is on a bit of a roll right now in terms of legal wins for the presidential election.

After a major turnaround in terms of certifying the Michigan outcome, the campaign is also mounting another major battle in Wisconsin.

The Trump campaign has officially requested a partial recount in Wisconsin and has already wired the $3 million fee to pay for it.

The campaign is not requesting the ballots for the entire state be recounted, but only those in Milwaukee and Dane counties.

This is where the Trump campaign believes numerous irregularities occurred.

At the top of that list were incomplete ballots that were allegedly completed by election officials based on information they had on record.

If that happened, those ballots should be deemed ineligible and they must be discarded.

The campaign stated, “The people of Wisconsin deserve to know whether their election processes worked in a legal and transparent way.

“Regrettably, the integrity of the election results cannot be trusted without a recount in these two counties and uniform enforcement of Wisconsin absentee ballot requirements.

“We will not know the true results of the election until only the legal ballots cast are counted.”

Pundits and Democrats, and a few Republicans, keep telling Trump to concede for the good of the country, but they are truly missing the big picture here.

What is for the good of the country is to ensure the election was both fair and legal, something that is truly coming into question right now.

With so much uncertainty, there is one thing we all know to be true… President Trump is not done fighting just yet.
