Trump Sanctions Starting to Hurt Chinese-owned Huawei

President Trump is a firm believer that sanctions are a way to break a country.

The sanctions placed against the Chinese and Huawei are starting to prove just that.

Huawei recently acknowledged that the sanctions imposed on China by the United States are starting to significantly impact the company’s growth.

Causing Shortages

Huawei Technologies is still a growing company, just not nearly as much as it had hoped for.

The sanctions placed against China, Huawei in particular, have started to create supply shortages, limiting the company’s ability to produce more smartphones.

According to the report, Huawei is starting to experience a shortage of computer chips, which has limited its ability to grow its market share.

National Security Threat

Huawei has been targeted by this administration as a national security threat.

As such, the United States has put the company on its trade blacklist as well as barring U.S. chipmakers using U.S. technology from being able to deal with the Shenzhen-based company.

In addition to the shortage of chips, suppliers such as Google are no longer permitted to do business with Huawei.

This has forced Huawei to develop its own operating system as well as other programs in order to be able to continue to do business.

Even though Huawei has denied it, the U.S. has claimed that Huawei could be conducting intelligence operations on behalf of the Chinese government if it had access to U.S. telecommunications networks.

Over 300,000 Americans took part-time jobs last month to make ends meet. Those are exactly the people the 87,000 new IRS agents will likely go after.

People are hurting in the Biden economy and Democrats want to punish them even more!
